Refund policy
At Well Read Candle Company, all candles and wax melts are poured by hand. This may cause variations in each item from each other and the pictures on this website. All products are inspected before leaving the studio and packaged accordingly to arrive at your door safe and sound. Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Scent can be subjective, please check out all scent notes listed on the item descriptions and if you have any questions, please reach out! I am always here to chat about scents.
Returns for wholesale and custom items are also not accepted due to them being poured for you.
If your product is damaged upon arrival, please email WRCC at wellreadcandlecompany@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery.
