Shipping policy

All online orders are shipped within 1-7 business days, unless extenuating circumstances arise. Custom orders have a 4-6 week turnaround time. Please refer to the homepage banner for any shipping updates. If you have any questions after your order has been placed, please reach out immediately. Once you receive tracking info in your email and your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is too late to make any changes.

All orders are packed securely with biodegradable packing peanuts and/or reused packing materials to ensure they make it to your home safely.
